During adolescence bones grow rapidly, so teens need a lot of calcium in their diet. Galina, you are right, that's why they only recommend 1-3 servings ( optional) of dairy products a day. WHich is just 8os of yogurt, and, maybe a tiny bit of cheese.

Inna, I am with you on that. Meat does not make me sick, beans, nuts and fiber do. What could be better than that: grilled steak or grilled salmon, or rosted lamb that I had today at Outback.(Y) (Y)
