Tax and trade bil. Is the Cap-and-trade Bil the same thing, but different name?

People here are confusing Liberals and Democrats.. same way they are confusing Conservatives and Republicans.
Liberalism is about the importance of personal freedoms vs government/religious/other control over peoples lives.

In today's culture - to be a Good liberal - is to stick to a party line. To feel good about it is to support the most radical agenda... like ... reading Miranda rights to enemy combatants.
