A MAN has been recaptured in northern New South Wales after he escaped from the Villawood Detention Centre six months ago. Christophes Michel Munster, 33, was arrested on Sunday in the Byron Bay area for alleged drug possession and lewd acts.
The Belgian national was taken to a local station where cross checks revealed he had escaped from the detention centre in Sydney's south-west last November, a police spokesman said.
Police discovered he had breached Australian migration laws to enter the country, and he was sent to the high-security unit at Villawood in October.
A month later, Mr Munster was discovered missing during a roll call.
Police said at the time he was fluent in French and German and had a tattoo of a Chinese symbol on the left side of his neck.
Munster was remanded in custody when he appeared in Lismore Local Court on Monday and will appear at Parramatta Local Court to face the charge of escaping immigration detention on May 16.

При отправке апликейшн необходимо приложить certified copies различных документов. В Азербайджане печать нотариуса, его реквизиты и текст заверяющий подлинность копии только на азербайджанском языке. Будет ли такая нотариально-заверенная копия документа (например копия паспорта) считаться годной?
И ещё вопрос. Правильно ли мы поняли что оплата за апликейшн это номер нашей Visa card и, разумеется, наличие на ней необходимой суммы (ничего если будет эквивалентная в USD?). А они уже сами снимают с карты как только приходит апликейшн.
И последний вопрос (пока последний :-D ). Как быстро при получении completed application они снимают деньги и назначают регистрационный номер?

1. Будет действительна.
2. Сумма должна быть указана в австралийских $$ и точно такая как требуется, ни больше ни меньше.
3. Зависит от типа визу. на некоторые визы снимают сразу по получении, на другие через месяц.

Насчёт суммы в апликейшн понятно - будет указана AUD 2575 (for 175 visa).
Насчёт VISA card - ничего если она будет US долларовая с необходимой суммой на ней (скажем *USD3000)?
На 175-ю сразу деньги снимают или через месяц?
Регистрационный номер назначают сразу же как снимают деньги или позднее?
Возраст считается на момент назначения регистрационного номера?

The department will not delay finalising applications where English language test results have not been provided at time of application. Applicants will have 28 days from the date of application to provide their English language results if they did not provide them at time of application. At this point in time, if evidence has not been provided the application will be refused."
Is it so strict in reality?
We're appliying now with IELTS 6th for each module and planning next IELTS exam in 3 months time to get better results. Are they really able to process our application in 28 days time and made a decision based on the IELTS results we provided at the application time?

If the main applicant had not scored 120 point - it may be REALLY refused. Regarding the age - 39 y.o means until person turns 40.

Другими словами, доказательства 120-и очков (или 65-и, если подали после 1-го июля) должны присутствовать в момент подачи аппликейшн? Или, в крайнем случае, досланы в течении 28 дней после подачи?
