Гражданство не имеет значения, условия иммиграции одинаковы для всех что для *граждан Габона или России, что для *граждан Британии или Канады. это называется равные возможности. миграционый акт НЕ дискриминирует по признаку гражданства.

But is this truly fair? why would these people end up in detention centers with student visas? Isnt Australian government supposed to look for corruption in its education institutions? if people turn out to with end such poor skills after graduation...than they were supposed be drop outs? Overall, when I look at who gets the residency.....something is so unfair in the system, if you cannot afford a good lawyer but you are truly in need of protection you may end up in being deported.

Razve? so why hairdressers and chefs are in SOL? does not this mean these people have the right to apply for residency as equally as offshore applicants? In addition they are trained locally, which my logics says, is an advantage. Nobody grants them permanent residency automatically, everybody needs to apply.
