It doesn't always have to be about money, though. On the few latest episodes of American Horror Story this woman got impregnated by a ghost, and now they are saying the child will be the Antichrist. The way they explained it was that the Holy Ghost impregnated the Virgin Mary just by whispering something into her ear (I didn't know this, btw - interesting bit of Christian mythology), but that if the Devil wants to do the same, he is gonna want more bang for his buck.
I am downloading that episode now from kinozal.tv just to see how they translated it into Russian. :-D
