oh, I remember more ( not sure exactly what ages those are for...), but my kids used to read Amelia Bedelia, Matilda, Little House on the Prairie, Shiloh, Where the Wild Things are and Arthur. Oh, what about Charlotte's Web ? - I think, it's for 9-10 or so years old. But it's a good book. For some reason, I think, it's much easier to get girls to read then boys......
