Why don't you account for all unnecessary government agency, fat pensions, new Health Care (10 budget years for 6 usage years) and then talk about cash cows?
The military spending may be a lot of money, at least they are outlined in the Constitution... Name another Government agency from the US Constitution, which needs government budget.
