as a leader of the country he should have came up with some kind of away where his country doesnt suffer casualties to its people and itsinfrastructure. specially if everyone includinghim knew that the fightis unwinable....
Some countries did follow the same reasoning during WWII - Chechoslovakia (didn''t resist at all)...France to some extent too...Fins on other hand wouldn't even think of Stalin taking over the country....they were a small nation too...
