oh, you know, while we are ont the topic of super easy sweets: I found this recipe of no-bake cookies in our local paper, and it looked easy, healthy, and error-proof, so I decided to make it. It came out great: 1 cup almonds, 1 cup walnuts, 12 dried figs, 24 dried apricots, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 2/3 tsp cinnamon, 3tbsp honey, 4 tbsp sweet wine, 1/2 cup sesame seeds. Place everything into a food processor, and then form small balls out of sticky mixture. Coat in some additional sesame seeds. Makes about 50 balls. They keep fresh for weeks! And - they are healthy, (although caloric) - no butter, no sugar, only good fat from the nuts!
