Page 127: The government will set wages.
Page 145. An employer must auto enroll employees into government run public plan. No alternatives.
Page 149. Any employer with a payroll over of $400k or more , who does not offer the public option, pays 8% tax on payroll.

Page 167. Any individual, who does not have acceptable health care, (according to the government) will be taxed 2.5 % tax.
Page 170. Any non resident alien is exempt from individual taxes. (Americans will pay for them)

- pure numbers for general public are, I agree.
But if one looks at all the factors in play, how it's calculated ( and it is calculated differently in different countries), what are the cut-offs, what are the components of it, how it's correlated with other variables, leading causes by country and by age within that age group correlated by socioeconomic status, prenantal care, maternal education, area in the country and different healthcare access, functioning of neonatal ICU's, ratios of neonatologists and OB/GYN's etc,etc....... there is a lot to it .....
Anyway, this is something i can talk about for hours which has limited interest otherwise, just trying to show the complexity of it that some might not appreciate.

Employer who elect not tooffer any kind of health benefits will pay 8% of yearly payroll to the Health Commission

Page 203. The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax. (funny hah!!!)
Page 239. Bill will reduce services for Medicaid. (The seniors and poor are the most affected...)

and we will gladly offer public option....now we pay about 7K per month for insurance. And we are a small business. We never hire illegals and never pay under the table.
